By using this site or renting a unit from Ponderosa Storage, you agree to these terms:

Rental Agreement

A written rental agreement must be signed at move-in.

Rent is due monthly. Late fees apply after 3 days past due date of non-payment.

Unit Use

Units may not be used to store hazardous, illegal, or perishable items.

Customers are responsible for securing their own unit with a lock.

Access

24-hour access is granted to active renters.

Unauthorized access is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

Liability

We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss. Tenants are encouraged to carry insurance on stored property.
